Organization:

This task force belongs to the Fuzzy Systems Technical Committee (FSTC) of the Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, Inc. (IEEE).

Objective:

Fuzzy logic is an effective approach to represent knowledge. And, medical science requires medical knowledge to handle medical information using computer. Thus, fuzzy logic and medical siceince are good partners to develop each other. This task force aims to gather not only computer scientists and also medical physicians to give a location where they discuss new problems, new ideas, etc. This TF will organize special sessions in WCCI and/or SSCI and edit special issues.
